This is a fine quality 8 day clock by a good London maker, dating from c 1780. The case is made from richly figured mahogany, with brass stopded fluted columns to the hood, and fretwork side panels. The white dial is painted on a heavy brass plate, and the finely cut blued steel hands are original. The 8 day 5 pillar rack striking movement is of the highest quality, and has been fully overhauled in our workshop, and is guaranteed for one year.
